MEET ANNA LEIBEL, FOUNDER
I am motivated by work that is valued, with people that I value, which led to the launch of 110% Consulting.
My approach to initiating and leading change is authentic, energetic and creative: from digitisation of customer experiences through to modernisation of the full technology stack. I am known for achieving outcomes through collaboration, cultural change and identifying innovative methods to create value.
Having spent two decades building and leading teams to deliver business transformation, I have been successful in launching new businesses, expansion into Asia, enterprise technology, global sales and start-ups. Having commenced my corporate career in one of the most successful startups, www.seek.com.au, I have a history of leaving things better than I find them. I achieve this by enabling the strategic change agenda through the application of disruptive technologies and utilising data & statistics to inform better customer experiences.
I engage with customers, employees and stakeholders to design and embed my ideas to positively deliver customer value and business differentiation.
I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Board of Ambulance Victoria.
I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in IT leadership and have also participated in two senior executive programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT): Succeeding in a Digital Economy, and Driving Strategic Innovation.
